Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Monitor Manufacturing Co., a Division of Kenda Tires, she leads a team of quality professionals focused on process optimization, supplier auditing, and continuous improvement. Her leadership is rooted in precision, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in product quality and operational performance.

Throughout her career, Turquoise has built a reputation for her technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and global quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. She has successfully managed Quality Assurance departments, led audit teams through recertifications, and implemented systems that enhance reliability and customer trust. Her ability to blend analytical thinking with team development makes her a respected leader and mentor within the field.

Turquoise holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from CT State Capital and continues to expand her knowledge through advanced studies in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Arizona Global Campus. A certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) and Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) through ASQ, she exemplifies lifelong learning and professional excellence.
