Twyla Sears, MBA, is a seasoned project management professional specializing in strategic communications. She currently serves as Project Lead at DSD Laboratories, where she oversees the Basing & Logistics Analytics Data Environment (BLADE) program for Headquarters Air Force / A4PA. In this role, Twyla leverages her deep understanding of organizational operations and mission requirements to provide guidance on talent management, professional development, and strategic communications. She excels at coordinating complex projects, streamlining business processes, and delivering clear, impactful communications across multiple stakeholders.
Prior to her current role, Twyla dedicated over two decades to the United States Air Force, where she managed resilience and leadership development programs, coordinated distinguished visitor events, and administered multimillion-dollar budgets. Her extensive experience in planning, logistics, training, and stakeholder engagement has honed her ability to solve complex problems, implement strategic solutions, and effectively lead teams in high-pressure environments. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Twyla holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Management and Technology and recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
