Dr. Tyeshia A. Reels, Ed.D., is a transformational leader, educator, and the Founder and CEO of The Reels Experience LLC, where education, creativity, and faith intersect to inspire purpose and lasting impact. A devoted Child of God and Youth Pastor, she has built her career around empowering others to discover their potential, whether in the classroom, the community, or through ministry. With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, Dr. Reels continues to champion innovation, equity, and personal growth through her work at The Reels Experience LLC.

A proud alumna of Seton Hall University, where she earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dr. Reels is also a speaker, singer, and songwriter whose work reflects her deep belief in faith-driven service and transformation. Through The Reels Experience, she develops programs focused on mentorship, music, and leadership development—helping others bridge their gifts with purpose. Her mission is rooted in service, advocacy, and empowerment, whether she’s addressing issues of domestic violence awareness, mentoring young leaders, or leading worship.
