Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tylesha
01What do you attribute your success to?
The layoff pushed me to make a difference by teaching seniors and children the importance of security and protecting people's data and dreams from hackers, whether for big companies or everyday individuals.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You can do it. Find your lane, dig in, and be resilient. You can achieve a goal by helping anyone and honing into your desire without giving up.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is finding people willing to help others enter the field without charging high fees or gatekeeping, as there are many clicks and not enough passion to build skills in others for the adapting technology world.
