She earned her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University while working full-time, demonstrating the determination and commitment that continue to define her career. Over the past seven to eight years, Tyneshia has built extensive expertise in human resources, specializing in benefits administration, HRIS, compliance, retirement plans, and employee engagement. As a Senior Benefits Analyst, she manages comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans, while ensuring compliance with complex federal regulations and improving operational efficiency. Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and employee-first approach have made her a trusted resource for both leadership teams and the employees she serves.
