Dr. [Last Name] is a visionary educational leader and advocate for youth wellness with over a decade of experience in school leadership, behavior intervention, and community engagement, currently serving as Founding Head of School at Resilience Leadership Academy, a mission-driven high school dedicated to empowering youth for a drug-free and sober future. In this role, she oversees all academic, operational, and community-building initiatives, developing a student-centered curriculum focused on leadership, wellness, and academic excellence. She also serves as Coalition Coordinator at ADAPT Programs and as President of Parenting Connections, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Her career includes serving as District Behavior Specialist at Splendora ISD and Behavior Interventionist at Cleveland Independent School District, where she developed district-level behavior management strategies and provided professional development. She holds a PhD in Education from Concordia University Chicago.
