Unique Griffin

Unique Griffin is a dedicated healthcare staffing professional with experience in the field since 2019. She has served in a team lead role since 2023 at Aya Healthcare, where she conducts weekly one-on-ones with her team of three, handles reporting to ensure service level agreements are met, and assists with navigating conflict resolution with clinicians. Previously, she worked at AMN Healthcare from May 2019 to 2021 after moving from Oklahoma to Dallas in February 2019. She holds a master's degree in human relations with a concentration in human resources and an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, as well as an esthetician certification from Bethany Beauty College. She received the Owning It Like a Boss Award in her first year at Aya Healthcare and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
