Her Interview
Ten minutes with Urvi
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the support of my family, friends, and professional network, as well as the guidance of my professors at both universities. My family’s encouragement to believe I could accomplish anything gave me the confidence to pivot from engineering into product design.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that perfection is not required. I believe in continuously learning, seeking feedback, and improving through iteration. Failure is okay because every experience is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to prioritize continuous learning and develop multidisciplinary skills, including business and development knowledge. Focus on building strong, adaptable skills that complement what AI can do rather than skills it can easily replicate.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are respect, strong work ethic, and maintaining motivation and enthusiasm in my daily work. I strive to approach both my professional and personal life with integrity, positivity, and dedication.
