My typical day varies quite a bit, but it's always dynamic and engaging. I might be having conversations with external partners, doing workshops with them, or having in-depth discussions about big initiatives we want to drive - thinking about how we can grow partnerships in years three, four, and five with a long-term perspective. I also spend time having calls internally with product teams, finance teams, or legal teams, discussing priorities for leadership and brainstorming what's doable after our partner discussions. I work on getting alignment from different internal stakeholders and providing them with information for healthy discussions. Other times I'm having meetings with leadership, doing presentations or going through document reads to gather their feedback and approval. I also talk about unique customer needs cases and have internal team conversations about learnings we can share, building knowledge repositories, and making processes more efficient. The thread throughout all of this is client management, partnership management, and always striving for collective win-win objectives to make alliances stronger.
