Success changed when I realized impact matters more than titles or accolades. Outside achievements are temporary, but the lives we positively impact leave a lasting legacy.

About Valeria
Valeria Osollo is a behavior coach, keynote speaker, podcaster, and psychology professional whose work blends applied behavior analysis (ABA), martial arts discipline, and mindset coaching. Based in Puyallup, Washington, she holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a background in psychology. As a 4th-degree martial artist, she integrates principles of structure, resilience, and embodied discipline into her coaching philosophy, helping individuals—especially leaders, creators, and young people—develop confidence, emotional regulation, and sustained personal accountability.
Professionally, Valeria works as an Assistant Sales Manager and developmental coach at KidStrong Puyallup, where she supports youth programs focused on movement, structure, and positive reinforcement. Her earlier experience includes roles in social media strategy, engagement management, recruiting, and training within mental health and ABA-focused organizations. Across these roles, she has built expertise in communication, leadership development, behavioral systems, and content-driven education, translating psychological principles into practical tools for performance, learning, and personal growth.
Beyond her coaching and professional roles, Valeria is a digital creator and community builder. She hosts the podcast Deep Naked Thoughts, where she explores mindset, psychology, discipline, and human behavior through raw, science-informed conversations with athletes, survivors, and high performers. She also co-founded Conscious Comadres, a platform dedicated to Latina and women-of-color experiences, blending mental health education, cultural identity, and community healing. Across all her work, she focuses on helping people align identity, behavior, and purpose through honest reflection and consistent action.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Valeria
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents who believed in me despite growing up low income with immigrant parents, and my coaches who provided encouragement and positive reinforcement. They instilled self-belief and determination.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. I feel that exhilaration as a podcaster meeting new people and sharing impactful stories.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay authentic to your own path and passions rather than following external expectations from parents or society. What works for one woman might not work for another.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is learning to delegate and build a team rather than doing everything myself. Finding the right people for podcast production, editing, and marketing while maintaining the human elements in the work.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is key, as what a person does when no one is watching reveals their true character. Creativity is also important, especially staying human in a world of AI rather than relying on polished but generic outputs.
