I would advise young women entering the Medicare industry to approach their work with patience and empathy, especially when interacting with older clients, as understanding their needs and concerns is essential to building trust and providing meaningful support.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion and service to others, which I demonstrate through volunteer work with organizations like St. Jude’s and the SPCA. These experiences reinforce my commitment to making a positive impact and giving back to the community.
