Valerie Bender

She is a national accounts, facilities management, and sales leadership professional with experience in exterior services, commercial building solutions, business development, client partnerships, and operations strategy. She currently serves as Vice President of National Accounts at PHFM, where she helps national brands manage scalable maintenance programs, preventative services, reactive work, and emergency support. Her background includes sales leadership with Stone Building Solutions and Alliance CAS, where she led teams, managed CRM performance, built executive relationships, and drove new business growth. She also has prior public service experience with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and holds degrees in psychology and mental health advocacy.
