She is an accomplished workforce development and inclusion professional based in the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan area. She currently serves as Workforce Inclusion Network Manager at Morgan's Multi-Assistance Center, a role she has held since 2024, where she leads initiatives that expand employment opportunities and promote inclusive workforce practices for individuals with disabilities and other underserved populations. She also serves as Program Manager at Endeavors Unlimited, supporting programs that advance workforce readiness and community inclusion. Her career reflects a deep commitment to equity, advocacy, and creating meaningful pathways to employment and independence for all individuals.
