Valerie Ann De La Cruz

She is an early childhood education leader and program manager with extensive experience supporting child care quality, teacher development, and provider success. She currently serves as Child Care Program Manager for Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend, overseeing child care services across 11 counties, including subsidy administration, curriculum support, and professional development for providers. With a career that began in the classroom, she has grown through roles including assistant teacher, teacher, mentor, director, assessor, and program manager, bringing a strong commitment to empowering educators and expanding access to quality child care for working families and students.
