About Valerie
Valerie Najdrovsky is an esthetician and the owner of Vals Healing Facials. After working as a 911 dispatcher, she pursued her passion for skin care by attending aesthetic school 14 years ago. She graduated from ITS Academy school, became a licensed esthetician with the state of Texas, and gained experience as the Lead esthetician at Dr. Cooper Spa McKinney location, where she provided facials and tanning services. About a year ago, she started her own business, incorporating sound bowl therapy and Reiki certification into her offerings of facials, waxing, and lymphatic treatments. Valerie is also a mentor with the Dallas All-Stars, helping youth prepare for the workplace, and founded The Goddess Connection four years ago to bring women together for community and personal growth. She attributes her success to the joy of doing work that feels like her calling, spreading love, holding the light, and enjoying the journey. Her advice to young women entering the industry is to follow their heart and enjoy what they do.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I want to say I love the interaction with others. I think it's part of my calling being here on Earth, just, spreading the love, holding the light. And, enjoying the journey.

Enjoy what you do..
The sky is the limit. Thoughts are powerful. Practice the law of attraction, and be ready to manifest.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Continuing education. Always perfecting your craft.
