About Vandana
I've always been a technology person. When I did my master's in systems management, I was curious about technology and innovation. I started in the computer field and joined the consulting team at Cognizant. This path led me to lead CXO Advisory Services for Technology Consulting where I drive solutions for clients and bring breakthrough innovations. I won the Consulting Magazine Women in Tech Innovation Award for developing solutions like one in life sciences that helps patients get medicines faster.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuously learning, being curious about technology, collaboration, building strong teams, and being fearless in embracing changes. I lead from the front and advise my team to be fearless and invasive in learning.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop learning, always look at how the world is shaping, be 10 steps ahead of the industry. Equip yourself to develop solutions for clients. Be open and transparent with C-suite clients about what will or will not work.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Trust, openness, transparency, and being fearless are most important to me. I serve as a trusted advisor for clients.
