Vanessa Fine

Vanessa Fine is the founder of Redefine Representation, a talent management agency based in Los Angeles, CA. She entered the industry in talent PR in early 2014, where she represented A-list celebrities and booked hair and makeup artists, before moving to the agency side in 2016. After working at agencies including the Wall Group and others through promotions to agent, she founded her own company after experiencing burnout, initially representing one artist and expanding to include groomers, union artists, a celebrity psychic, esthetician, manicurists, wardrobe stylists, a photographer, and an animal intuitive. Fine's education includes attending Fieldston High School in New York and majoring in communications at NYU. Her agency has achieved recognition with a Voyage LA feature on her career and 48 Emmy nominations across seven shows involving her artists. She is also a participant in initiatives for St. Jude's.
