What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my growth to the mentors, managers, and colleagues who have guided me throughout my career. I’m deeply grateful to those who have entrusted me with opportunities, challenged me to grow, and supported me along the way. I firmly believe that it only takes one person to truly believe in you to change the trajectory of your life—without those individuals, my path to success would have been much longer.
My commitment to building meaningful relationships and continuously learning has been fundamental to my journey. Gratitude and connection are what drive me each day, and I look forward to carrying those values into this next chapter as I step into an entrepreneurial role.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I ever received was simple but powerful: when an opportunity presents itself, take it—and don’t stop there. Keep learning, keep growing, and never settle into comfort. Each step forward is not a finish line, but an invitation to reach even higher.
That mindset has stayed with me throughout my career. I’ve always pushed myself to continue learning and to pursue more, rather than settling into where I am. To this day, that belief continues to guide me—I’m committed to working hard, evolving, and striving for what’s next, knowing that growth doesn’t stop at any one milestone.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women not to let fear hold them back. If something feels intimidating, take the leap anyway. Change can be uncomfortable, but the regret of never taking a chance can be even more daunting.
Courage is built through action, and growth happens when you step beyond what feels familiar. You never truly know what’s possible for you until you’re willing to try—and often, the life you’re meant for exists just on the other side of that fear.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in the residential cleaning industry, especially in Southern California, are the intense competition and the need to modernize long-standing family businesses. However, this also presents incredible opportunities. I get to rebrand and scale my parents’ 40-year business, incorporate technology, improve our online presence, and differentiate our brand—all while applying my HR experience and marketing education to grow the company strategically.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Trust, reliability, and excellence are extremely important to me. I value building authentic, long-lasting relationships, both professionally and personally. And family comes first—my family’s legacy is why I am taking this next step in my career.
