About Vanina

Vanina Micheloud is an accomplished business development and sales leader with over 18 years of experience across engineering, translation services, visualization, and marketing industries in Argentina and globally. She has been working with US markets since 2003. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at a company based in Argentina that provides engineering structural design support to clients in the US, she has been with the company for nearly four years. In this role, she leads a team of four interns and one marketing associate, focusing on new business development, strategic growth, cold calling, research, reporting, content creation on LinkedIn, and client relationship management. Her earlier career path began as a receptionist before moving into marketing and then sales at an architecture firm, where she discovered her passion for building relationships. She later worked in the translation industry and visualization industry, all in business development capacities, leading teams from around the world. Vanina holds a bachelor in international public relations and completed training as a multilingual executive assistant involving three languages. She has pursued ongoing professional development through numerous sales courses and a marketing, content creation, and copywriting course from Coder House. She has received Employee of the Year and Best Professional of the Year awards from a past company. Her company is a member of the BIM cluster.
