About Varsha
Varsha Gour is a content creator who produces videos and reviews on Instagram and YouTube focused on cultural exchange. As an Indian living in the United States, she shares positive aspects of both Indian and American cultures with audiences in each country. She started creating content by herself in 2023 after leaving her prior position. Before that, in India, Varsha worked as a content writer for websites and magazines, producing articles to help students prepare for government bank exams, a field in which she had cleared more than 10 such exams herself. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2014 and her master's degree in economics in 2016. Varsha credits her success to her parents and background as well as consistency and discipline in her work. She values honesty throughout her career and works to balance managing her home, child, and personal life alongside her professional commitments. In addition to content creation, her interests include photography.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents and my background. Also consistency and discipline in my work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Consistency is the key of success. Sometimes you don't feel like doing it, but discipline and consistency is the key.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Whenever they start creating content, the first round is very difficult, but always don't get frustrated. You don't get so much views and followers or subscribers at first. It's not that easy. Consistency is the key in content creation.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Everyone depends on social media content, which is an opportunity, but there is too much competition in digital these days. Competition makes everyone perfect.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty in all of my career. Managing home, kids, and personal life with work is difficult but important.
