Beyond her professional work, Gundluru serves as Associate Director of the Membership Committee for the ISACA New York Chapter, organizing events on trending topics such as TPRM, automation, and AI to support professionals maintaining certifications like CISA. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

When climbing the ladder I came across senior women in cybersecurity who inspired me by managing emotions and prioritizing what is important at the moment even in difficult situations like hosting an event after receiving bad family news. My CEO and VP who are women also inspired me with how they manage personal and professional life. I suggest women don't give up on themselves or how they want to be presented but know your priorities first hand. If work is your priority at a particular point of time make work the priority and do not mix family emotions with work emotions as they are two different feelings and two different worlds.
