Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I am a very determined person, and when I'm faced with a challenge, I am pretty relentless. I think what really helps me in succeeding is that I tend to make decisions pretty quickly. I know there's a lot of people who will wait until they have all of the information, but I think that sometimes if you wait until you have all of the information, you miss your opportunity. So one of the things that I tend to do is I try to make decisions so that I don't miss my opportunities. I try to take action so that I can create momentum in my work. When I'm faced with challenges and roadblocks, I don't see them as the end. I see them as, how do I get past that? How am I going to continue? What am I gonna do to solve this challenge? Where am I going to get around this roadblock? And how am I gonna continue? Because it's not the end for me. I've faced some serious challenges, and so for me to still be here and say it's not the end for me is pretty - I'm pretty proud to be able to say that.
