Her Story

About Veena

My journey has been one of transformation and discovering my soul's purpose. I spent years in the corporate world where nothing ever worked for me - I was the rebel who wanted to break stereotypes, but family and society conditioning kept pushing me toward traditional paths. The universe kept blocking those paths because there was a different calling for me. Through my leadership roles across different companies and startups globally, I was able to reach my full potential, and I realized my mission was to help others do the same. I started as a career coach and executive coach in the corporate world, helping people find fulfillment in their careers. Over the years I've been evolving, and in the past 5 months I went through an identity shift and rebranded into spiritual business coaching. Now I'm building a movement called Sovereign Rise with soul collaborators - it's a private collective community focused on rising into sovereignty and authentic leadership. I also launched a podcast called Voices of Impact to help other women own their voice, because I didn't have that voice growing up and had to shrink. Through 45 episodes, I teach human-centered leadership in the age of AI, how to lead with identity, presence, and magnetism. This is feminine leadership - when you lead from that frequency and energy, you build a business with sustainability without burnout. The opportunities align with you because it's your presence that's needed in this world to make a huge impact. I'm now unapologetic and building my legacy.

Ten minutes with Veena

01What do you attribute your success to?

Success for me is really just being myself, being unapologetic, and making impact - impacting the masses. That's my why. I used to think success was earning a lot of money, the materialistic things like the car, and that's okay to have because that was the corporate definition of success. But for me, I'm already successful. It's really about the thriving, the peace and how I'm feeling. I'm feeling very joyful and in abundance right now, and not burnt out. It's very non-hustle culture. When you're more at peace with yourself and who you are and what you're doing, the universe puts that energy out and you're able to thrive and impact the masses overall. Whether it's one person or a global collective, I've already impacted some people globally, and now I'm expanding this ecosystem called Sovereign Rise to so many different cities and countries around the globe. That's literally what success is to me.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would literally just say follow your heart and lead with your intuition, and really focus on what your purpose is and who you are, and your values. Lead from within, because that was the mistake I made - I was focusing on the strategy and getting my business up. I'm not saying that's not important, of course you want to balance the two, but what really made a difference for me was not doing what I learned growing up. I didn't have entrepreneurs in my family, all corporate, and I did not lead with intuition and I did not lead with my heart. I was always leading with logic, and it just fell apart the business. So for whoever is beginning, lead with your intuition, your heart, and lead with purpose and people. Rather than leading with your strategy and logic and a business plan all the time, really look inwards at your why. Why do you want to build this business? Why do you want to make this impact? Go into yourself and build inner authority. Build that inner power, inner authority, and the rest will fall into place. That's the kind of advice I want to give.
