Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to embrace hard work and have confidence in themselves. My own journey, which began in the military and continued through the restaurant industry, has taught me that determination and self-belief are key to success. I also encourage giving back to the community—through my work with BIAS, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a variety of charities and organizations, which has been incredibly rewarding both personally and professionally.
