My advice to young women entering this industry is to stand up for what you believe in. Stay true to your values, trust your voice, and never hesitate to advocate for yourself and others. Confidence and conviction can open doors and drive meaningful change.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is addressing outdated mindsets and coaching styles that do not align with today’s dynamic work environment. However, this also presents a significant opportunity to lead meaningful change. By embracing innovation, inclusivity, and forward-thinking strategies, we can transform how organizations support and empower their teams.
