I credit much of my success to the strong leadership I have been fortunate to learn from throughout my career. Being surrounded by mentors and leaders who demonstrate integrity, clarity, and compassion has significantly shaped my own approach and has contributed to my growth, both professionally and personally.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be true to myself, work hard, stay confident, and always take responsibility for my actions. These principles have guided me through every stage of my career and continue to influence how I lead and support others.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stand up for what you believe in. Stay true to your values, trust your voice, and never hesitate to advocate for yourself and others. Confidence and conviction can open doors and drive meaningful change.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is addressing outdated mindsets and coaching styles that do not align with today’s dynamic work environment. However, this also presents a significant opportunity to lead meaningful change. By embracing innovation, inclusivity, and forward-thinking strategies, we can transform how organizations support and empower their teams.
