Vera Haugerud

She is a passionate entrepreneur and retail executive with over a decade of experience in luxury retail management, client development, and operational excellence, currently serving as Founder of MindAware Group, where she builds digital wellness products that help people better understand themselves and live more intentional lives. Prior to launching MindAware Group, she served as Retail Manager at Dolores Boutique, a luxury multi-brand retail space within a 5-star hotel, where she opened the boutique, established operational processes, and led clienteling efforts to build a loyal book of regulars. She also spent over seven years at Isabel Marant in progressively senior roles, including Store Director of the Madison Flagship, where she managed a multi-million-dollar business, led recruitment and training, and managed collections buys. Her career includes roles at Missoni and an MBA from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics. She is recognized as a strategic, client-centered, and innovative leader who combines luxury retail expertise with entrepreneurial vision to create meaningful impact in wellness and personal growth.
