Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents. They instilled in me the values of hard work, perseverance, and compassion from a young age. Their guidance and unwavering support have shaped the person I am today—both personally and professionally. Everything I’ve accomplished stems from the foundation they built and the example they set for me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to always be open to training and willing to listen. There’s so much to learn from others’ experiences, and being teachable will take you far. Maintain a positive attitude, even on challenging days—you never know what someone else may be going through, and your kindness can make a real difference. Most importantly, keep a strong faith base. This work can be deeply emotional at times, and having faith will help you stay grounded, compassionate, and resilient.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith, family, and community. I believe in treating everyone with respect, kindness, and understanding—principles that guide how I approach my work and relationships. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends and being active in my church. Those connections keep me grounded, inspired, and motivated to continue giving back to others.
