Moving from a transactional mindset to a relational one sets you apart from competitors who view people as mere commission checks.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Bringing your best effort daily builds a strong foundation. While focusing on excellence creates great momentum, it is equally important to work sustainably to protect your well-being and find the right balance.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Master the psychology of money, not just the math. Debt resolution relies on empathy, negotiation, and clear communication. Leverage your active listening skills to build trust with clients, and focus on developing structured debt relief plans. It is equally critical to establish your own robust foundation.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The influx of predatory, fast-cash companies in the debt resolution market threatens the credibility that legitimate firms have spent decades building. When bad actors exploit desperate consumers, they trigger intense regulatory crackdowns and fuel widespread public distrust.
Maintaining high industry standards requires a strategic combination of transparent positioning, proactive client defense, and strict operational compliance.
