What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say follow your curiosity. To be successful, you have to be hungry and very passionate about what you do.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There's so much opportunity with disruption from AI. It's about knowing how to differentiate yourself in a crowded field with lots of noise and very hot competition. What makes me different is my expertise in bringing strategy with follow-through to the table.
