What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be persistent—because consistency and determination often matter more than talent alone.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be outcome-oriented but also patient with yourself. Results matter, but so does longevity—pacing yourself, staying resilient, and remembering why you chose this path. Always invest in improving yourself—stay curious, keep learning, and never stop building your skills and confidence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is being a young woman in a male-dominated industry—but it's also an opportunity to break barriers, bring fresh perspectives, and lead with authenticity.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my work and personal life, I value results and impact above all else. I believe that effort matters, but what ultimately counts is whether we move the needle - whether the work creates measurable progress, delivers value, and leaves things better than they were. I care about continuous growth—pushing myself and those around me to learn, adapt, and get stronger with each challenge.
