Vickey Tiggs, MAOL is the Founder and Alternative Business Funding Advocate at Biz-E-Bee Business Solutions LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Vickey holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with an Ethics concentration from Claremont Lincoln University, where she was awarded the Humanitarian Sunrise Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Judson University, where she was a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. She has applied her academic background to practical projects, including leading community outreach initiatives that provided essential services to low-income families, demonstrating her commitment to service, leadership, and impact.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be genuine, ethical, and transparent. Staying true to my values and maintaining integrity in all interactions has guided my decisions and helped me build trust and lasting relationships throughout my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To always remain true to yourself and be in control of your own destiny. This will ensure that you do not get swept up in a downfall and begin to question your own abilities to succeed in a very competitive and cutthroat society.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is a lack of trust. This presents an opportunity to stand out by consistently demonstrating integrity, building authentic relationships, and fostering transparency. By prioritizing trust, we can create stronger collaborations and more meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
