About Vicki
Vicki Birch, M.A.Ed. is an accomplished executive business partner and executive assistant with more than 28 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, presidents, CEOs, CIOs, and founders across Fortune 500, global, nonprofit, and high-growth organizations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for discretion, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, serving as a trusted advisor who enables executive leaders to focus on organizational vision and growth. Her expertise spans complex executive calendar management, international and domestic travel coordination, board support, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration. She currently serves as an Executive Support Partner at Morgan Stanley, where she provides high-level support to senior banking executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Vicki's career reflects a steadfast commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Communication and a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Corporate Training from the University of Phoenix. She has also pursued doctoral studies, demonstrating her passion for ethical leadership, lifelong learning, and organizational effectiveness. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Vicki has served in leadership and volunteer roles within her church and nonprofit organizations, applying her organizational expertise to strengthen educational programs, governance, and community engagement.
In addition to her executive career, Vicki is an emerging author and advocate for women's empowerment. Following a career transition, she began writing daily messages of encouragement that evolved into She Rises, a 365-day devotional currently being prepared for publication. Through her writing and professional platform, she champions resilience, service, leadership, and the often-overlooked strategic value of executive assistants. Recognized for her outstanding service and selected as an Influential Women representative for Alpharetta, Georgia, for 2026, Vicki continues to inspire others by demonstrating that exceptional leadership is often found behind the scenes, empowering executives, organizations, and women to rise to their fullest potential.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to working full time as a single mom while earning my Master's degree and raising my daughter who is now grown with her own family. Balancing education, career, and family has shaped my journey into authorship.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You can inspire and help others as her first book how she started creating messages that evolved into a 365-day devotional called "She Rises" after receiving feedback suggesting it had a devotional format.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You can inspire and help mentor other women and lead them to further their advances and help them succeed. She was recognized by her peers with the ATTABOY Award and the Presidential Award for Outstanding Service in Dec 2025.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Currently editing my manuscript for She Rises and preparing to start my doctorate program in August while managing finances for publishing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Empowering women and inspiring others through my writing and career experience is key. I value being outdoors, taking 3-5 mile walks, and trying new vegetarian dessert recipes on my family.
