In addition to her work in entertainment, Vicki has cultivated a multifaceted career as an actress, set decorator, and public speaking coach, sharing her expertise in performance, improvisation, and management. Through The Moxie Institute, she coaches individuals in public speaking and leadership skills, helping others gain confidence and communicate effectively. Her experience spans over a decade in production management, events services, and training facilitation, showcasing her versatility and dedication to excellence across creative and professional endeavors.

I attribute my success to my relationship with Jesus Christ, measuring success by His guidance and definition rather than my own.

My advice to young women entering the entertainment industry is to first know who you are and stay grounded in your faith, ensuring this is truly your calling, and second, treat it as a business—because success requires running it with intentionality and discipline.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are faith, authenticity, and balance, and I nurture these through hobbies like sports, hiking, skiing, gardening, traveling, and spending time outdoors with friends and my dog.
