Vicki Robbins

Vicki Robbins is an accomplished and results-driven leader currently serving as District Manager at United Pacific. Throughout her career, Vicki has consistently demonstrated a passion for making a meaningful difference, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive performance and inspire her teams. Her dedication to excellence and integrity has guided her professional journey, from managing retail operations to fostering employee development and ensuring superior customer experiences.

Before joining United Pacific, Vicki held leadership roles with Goodwill of Colorado and Safeway, where she oversaw operations, coached employees, and implemented long-term strategies to improve sales and organizational efficiency. She brings a wealth of experience in managing teams, optimizing resources, and creating environments where individuals can grow personally and professionally. Vicki’s approach emphasizes mentorship, empowerment, and cultivating confidence, helping her teams achieve success while maintaining high ethical standards.

Vicki holds an Associate of Arts in Social Work from Pikes Peak Community College and is certified in Food Safety, Forklift Operation, First Aid, and CPR. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and caring for her fur babies. She is also deeply committed to community service, mentoring women, and volunteering with homeless shelters, reflecting her dedication to uplifting others both professionally and personally.
