Vicki Rogers

She is a distinguished IT service management and leadership executive with over a decade of experience in service delivery, change management, and organizational development, currently serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer at the University of Memphis, where she leads IT strategy and operations. Prior to this role, she spent over eight years at the Georgia Institute of Technology in progressively senior roles, including Director of Service Management, Service Delivery Manager Senior, and Senior Manager Change, where she drove service management excellence and organizational change. She also served as President of the HDI Atlanta Local Chapter, leading educational events and networking opportunities for the service and support industry, and as an IT Management Consultant. Her career includes serving as Senior IT Manager at Amtrak.
