Victoria Alonzo

Victoria Alonzo brings approximately five years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on revenue cycle management and customer success. She joined Taro, formerly RCX Rules, about a year ago to build out the customer success function, revamp processes, establish renewal procedures, and strengthen customer relationships and adoption following acquisitions involving RCX Rules and Alpha 2, now Aptero. Her earlier career included cybersecurity work with healthcare entities such as Epic, a period in higher education supporting non-traditional students at HBCUs through curriculum and tutoring, and database management including support for MD Anderson. Alonzo earned a degree in Sport Administration with a minor in marketing from the University of Miami as a student athlete and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2025. She also completed a mini MBA through Ability during the COVID period. Her credentials include completion of Impact Academy, Device42 Certified Technical Administrator, IA Advanced CSM from Start Deliver, and a retention program from Start Deliver. She values relationship-building and finds fulfillment in coaching teams and helping individuals develop new skills.
