Her Story

About Victoria

I’ve spent the last several years building my career around people listening, helping, and creating experiences that make someone’s day a little easier. Customer service taught me patience, resilience, and how to connect with anyone who walks through the door.

I’m currently finishing my MBA, a journey that’s pushed me to grow, think bigger, and step into the next chapter of my professional life with confidence. I’m excited about new opportunities, new challenges, and shaping a path that reflects who I’m becoming.

Ten minutes with Victoria

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success has been shaped by the women who came before me, the challenges that pushed me, and the commitment I’ve made to becoming a stronger version of myself.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Never shrink yourself to fit a role. If a room can’t hold your growth, it’s not your room.”

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women stepping into this industry is to trust your value and stay open to every opportunity that comes your way. Ask questions, learn everything you can, and don’t shy away from roles or challenges that feel bigger than you those are usually the moments that push you forward the most. Lead with empathy, stand firm in your boundaries, and always look for the best opportunities and don’t turn them down. Growth comes from saying yes to the things that scare you a little and excite you a lot.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in this field right now is the shift in expectations. People want faster service, clearer communication, and more support than ever before. But within that challenge is a huge opportunity: those who can blend empathy with efficiency will stand out. The industry is changing, and there’s so much room for people who are willing to adapt, learn new systems, and put the customer experience first.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that ground me are growth, ambition, and the belief that the sky is the limit. I’m always learning, always evolving, and always reaching for the next level.
