Her Story

About Victoria

Victoria Bienvenu is a registered nurse, healthcare consultant, AI strategist, and business coach dedicated to helping healthcare professionals create fulfilling careers beyond traditional bedside nursing. After becoming a registered nurse in 2020, she built a strong clinical foundation in cardiovascular critical care before transitioning into case management. In 2024, she founded Bedside 2 Business Academy, where she combines her healthcare expertise with entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence to help nurses and other professionals discover new income opportunities, build businesses, and achieve greater financial freedom while making a meaningful impact. In addition to balancing her role as a case management nurse, Victoria works with healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs to leverage AI-powered tools that streamline operations, improve productivity, and accelerate business growth. She is passionate about educating nurses on the wide range of career opportunities available beyond the hospital, including consulting, IV therapy, aesthetics, health education, and business ownership. Through coaching, consulting, and educational resources, she empowers others to recognize the value of their clinical expertise and confidently transition into entrepreneurial ventures. As she continues to expand her business, Victoria is focused on growing her online coaching platform to reach healthcare professionals nationwide. Outside of her professional work, Victoria is deeply committed to family, community, and advocacy. Inspired by her autistic son, she is a passionate supporter of the autism community and strives to create a life that prioritizes both meaningful work and quality time with loved ones. She believes success is measured not only by career achievements but also by the ability to positively impact others' health, wealth, and overall quality of life. Whether traveling, swimming, cruising, or spending time with family, Victoria brings the same energy, compassion, and purpose to her personal life that she brings to every client she serves.

Ten minutes with Victoria

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my passion for helping others transform their lives through better health, financial independence, and personal growth. I have always been committed to continuous learning, adapting to change, and embracing new technologies, including AI, to better serve others. This mindset has allowed me to create meaningful impact while opening new opportunities for myself and fellow healthcare professionals.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to remain open to growth and new opportunities, continually invest in yourself, and never limit your career to traditional paths. Success comes from lifelong learning and creating opportunities that align with your passions, strengths, and purpose.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to recognize that nursing offers far more opportunities than many people realize. Explore different specialties, continue developing your skills, and don't be afraid to pursue nontraditional career paths such as consulting, entrepreneurship, aesthetics, education, wellness, or other emerging areas within healthcare. Your career can evolve in many rewarding directions.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges facing healthcare today is nurse burnout, staffing shortages, increasing workloads, and the need for stronger support systems for healthcare professionals. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities for nurses to expand their careers into areas such as consulting, AI,, health coaching, and entrepreneurship. These evolving fields allow nurses to leverage their expertise while creating greater flexibility and impact.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are family, work-life balance, compassion, service to others, integrity, personal growth, and empowering others through education. I believe that leading with empathy, continuing to learn, and helping others reach their full potential creates meaningful and lasting change in both healthcare and the communities we serve.
