Victoria Choe is a Senior Graphic Designer at Infillion with over a decade of experience crafting compelling visual narratives across digital, print, and interactive platforms. An illustrator and designer by training, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from California State University, Fullerton. Victoria has built a career spanning the fashion, tech, and advertising industries, where she is known for blending storytelling, strategy, and user psychology to create work that is both engaging and effective.

At Infillion, Victoria has spent more than four years leading the design and execution of advertising experiences across connected TV, desktop, and mobile platforms. Her work encompasses UX-driven design, motion and animation, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams. She also plays an active role in advancing accessibility initiatives to ensure inclusive ad experiences for viewers with disabilities. In recognition of her impact, she received a 2024 award for a standout digital advertisement created for Porsha, highlighting her ability to deliver high-performing, visually dynamic campaigns.

Beyond her professional work, Victoria maintains an active freelance illustration practice, collaborating with brands and individuals on storytelling, apparel graphics, and custom visual projects. She brings a community-oriented mindset to everything she does, volunteering with organizations such as Urban TXT and previously contributing hundreds of service hours through the National Charity League. Outside of design, she enjoys reading fiction, practicing hot yoga and cold plunging, and exploring clay work—creative outlets that continue to inform and inspire her design perspective.

I attribute my success to maintaining a positive mindset and approaching challenges with optimism and resilience.

Take advantage of the slow times! Downtime can give you the freedom to explore new interests and skills that can contribute to your work!

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Get in those rooms! Open the doors! Ask to be included. That is the first step to getting into positions where people keep you in mind.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now companies are cutting back. That’s to no fault of the worker, but connections and resilience will set you apart. AI is a catch-all, but you can be an educator on it’s limitations and usefulness.

Activism and optimism! Lift up the people around you and we all succeed. Community and diversity is scientifically proven to facilitate healthier and more successful work environments!
