01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage her by sharing with this young woman that it's not going to be easy. It doesn't matter how amazing the product or the idea. That one of the things that I've discovered with every person, that there is a story that comes along with their success. And if she is willing to believe in her dream enough, then all of those obstacles that she's going to encounter would be mine. Because it takes a certain determination to do something that hasn't existed before.
