What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the guidance and support of great mentors throughout my career. One manager in particular helped me clarify my goals and navigate key decisions, which made a lasting impact on my growth. While I haven’t yet taken on a formal mentoring role, I look forward to doing so in the future and paying that guidance forward to others.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating the dynamics of being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry. While this can present obstacles, it also creates meaningful opportunities to foster inclusivity and representation. I haven’t formally mentored others yet, but my experiences have equipped me to offer guidance and support to women who are building their paths in technology and leadership.
