I would advise young women entering the industry to never stop learning and to continually analyze their experiences and the environments around them. Staying curious, asking thoughtful questions, and reflecting on both successes and challenges will help build confidence, sharpen decision-making skills, and create long-term professional growth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and greatest opportunities in my field right now is being part of a first-of-its-kind, newly established company and brand. Building everything from the ground up requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and resilience, but it also creates a unique opportunity to shape processes, culture, and long-term direction from the start, setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth and innovation.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, adaptability, and continuous growth.
