Before joining Demand the Limits, Victoria held key HR and recruiting roles at national firms such as FTI Consulting, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, and Randstad USA. Her diverse background spans legal recruiting, corporate consulting, and team leadership—skills that have helped her craft thoughtful recruitment strategies and foster inclusive, growth-oriented workplace cultures. Victoria’s commitment to talent development is evident in her initiatives to mentor new hires and streamline onboarding for both attorneys and legal support professionals.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mary Baldwin University, where she was actively involved in student leadership and campus organizations. She is based in the Greater Orlando area and continues to give back through her volunteer work with organizations such as the Junior League of Charlottesville and the American Heart Association.
