About Victoria
Victoria Fuller is an accomplished retail leader with more than two decades of experience in store management, team development, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Store Director for Sephora in Grapevine, Texas, she has built a reputation for leading through culture, coaching, and meaningful connections. Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated a strong ability to develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and create workplace environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Her leadership philosophy centers on service to others, inclusive hiring, and fostering a sense of belonging that translates into exceptional customer experiences.
Victoria’s retail journey began in 2005 at Victoria's Secret, where she advanced from a part-time leadership role to Store Manager over a ten-year tenure. She later held key leadership positions with Lane Bryant, serving as both Store Manager and District Training Store Manager, before spending more than four years leading a high-profile location for Bath & Body Works in Dallas. In 2023, she received the prestigious Gingham Heart Award in recognition of her commitment to building an inclusive culture where employees felt respected, supported, and inspired to grow. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, leadership development, change management, succession planning, operational strategy, and employee engagement.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Victoria is deeply committed to community involvement and advocacy. She serves on the Board of Directors for the NorthPark Merchants Association, helping shape retail collaboration and strategy within the NorthPark community. She is also training to become a CASA of Collin County advocate, supporting foster children through mentorship and representation. Known for her passion for people development, continuous learning, and positive workplace culture, Victoria continues to inspire others through her leadership, mentorship, and dedication to making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the retail industry.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentors who encouraged me to develop a growth mindset and continuously challenge myself. Their guidance inspired my passion for serving others, creating inclusive and supportive team environments, and investing in the growth of those around me. Mentorship has been a cornerstone of my career, and I have found great fulfillment in helping develop future leaders and empowering teams to achieve success.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to pursue work that genuinely fulfills and inspires you. Seek out organizations with a positive culture, strong values, and opportunities for growth, because the right environment will support both your personal and professional development.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are service to others, fostering inclusion and belonging, creating a positive and supportive culture, and investing in the continuous growth and development of people. I believe that when individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed, they can achieve their full potential and make a meaningful impact on those around them.
