Her Story

About Victoria

I am a property management and operations professional with over a decade of experience in multifamily housing, tenant relations, and property operations, currently serving as Regional Manager at Asset Living, a role I have held since January 2024, where I oversee regional property operations, drive building performance, and provide coaching and leadership to property teams.

Prior to this role, I served as Property Manager at Ascension for over seven years, where I managed all aspects of property operations including rent collection, bank deposits, file creation, tenant screening, marketing, and leasing. I also served as Assistant Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services for over two years, where I supported property operations and community engagement in Pasadena, Texas.

Earlier in my career, I served as Cash Officer at Toys"R"Us for eight months, where I managed tills, safes, deposits, bank orders, cashier operations, customer service, and manager numbers.

Across my career in property management and operations, my work has been driven by a commitment to operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and building strong, well-maintained communities. Whether I am managing regional property operations, overseeing day-to-day property management, or supporting financial operations, I bring a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centered approach that drives results and fosters community engagement. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing property management excellence as Regional Manager at Asset Living.
