My motivation comes from my family. I've always wanted to make sure that my family is in good standing. I also want to make an impact on the world.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You get what you put out. So, as you put in is what you're gonna get out of it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do your research, get around people that are in the same field as you, that's been doing it, and successful in their field. Don't stop even when it looks like the road is getting longer.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities are development and fix and flips because you'll get more of your ROI. Challenges include competition and the market.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, reliability, and economy are the most valuable things for me in both my work and personal life.
