The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentors—my mother, who taught me structure; my father, who encouraged me to dream big; and my sister, who keeps me grounded and focused.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to learn to say no, because setting boundaries creates space for rest—and often, that’s when you’re most productive.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are my faith, creativity, and connection with others. I cherish spending time with friends, singing, playing violin, and nurturing and inspiring the next generation.
