Research the field and what is involved. Make sure you talk to people in the industry and be confident in yourself. Keep learning to have a well rounded knowledge that helps strengthen your skill set.

Q

The biggest opportunities in my field right now come from having diverse experience, which allows me to approach challenges with a broad perspective and adapt to evolving demands.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are ensuring that operations run smoothly, prioritizing the maintenance of our trucks, taking care of the team, and upholding the highest standards of logistics and safety. It’s important to me that everyone goes home the same way they arrived to work so that they are back with their families. Work/life balance is impertinent and I ask the same of my team that I hold myself to so I can come home to my little one every day.
