02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Being a female in this role which feels designed for men has been challenging. Having an accent when speaking English has also been a challenge sometimes.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith as a believer in Jesus as Lord and Savior comes first, followed by my family. I am a single mother of three and care for my parents, and my family is my inspiration to keep moving forward.
