I attribute my success to leading by example, maintaining a positive outlook, and building strong professional relationships through networking. I am goal-driven and committed to continuous education, always remaining eager to learn new things and grow both personally and professionally.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is not to be intimidated by others and to recognize the unique qualities and perspective I bring to the table. I’ve learned that it is important to have confidence in who you are, voice your opinions, and remember that your perspective matters.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to embrace continuous learning because the more you know, the more you grow. Be resilient, keep pushing forward through challenges, and support one another by being uplifting and positive. Strive to make a meaningful difference every day through your work and the way you empower those around you.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
